We bill a minimum of 1 hour, then we charge in 15 minute increments after that. Our Rate Schedule will vary depending on the type and intricacy of work that you require us to undertake, however our fees are calculated based on the following:

Telemarketing: we charge a flat hourly rate for telemarketing, plus call costs. Our state of the art technology utilises VoIP telephony, which allows us to keep our call costs extremely low.

Virtual Assistance: is charged on an hourly or project basis. Prior to undertaking any work, a full estimate will be provided, taking into consideration the complexity of your requirements, as well as the readability, format, organisation and technical content of any submitted information.

Contract Marketing: is charged on an hourly or project basis, or on retainer, depending on your specific requirements. Any work is fully assessed and a fee estimate is submitted for approval prior to any work being undertaken. Contact us to discuss your marketing needs.

Payment Terms: we understand that flexibility is important when it comes to running a business. Our clients are invoiced at the end of each month for work undertaken that month. Invoices will itemise hours worked and project elements.

Invoices can be paid via cheque (business / bank only), money order or direct deposit.

Any disbursements or expenses incurred on a clients behalf will be added to the account, and will be in addition to any quoted amounts.
